I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and had great amenities like a microwave, fridge, and free wifi, but there was a lingering smell of stale cigarette smoke from the bedspreads. The service was friendly and helpful, although it seemed a bit lacking at times. The location was convenient for exploring the countryside and major highways, with a gas station nearby, but the dining experience was just average. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
Heading up to Toronto for the weekend, the hotel was a convenient stop off the highway, with a fairly nice pet-friendly room situated close to the exit door. It met expectations for a highway hotel.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being located next to the freeway in Syracuse, NY. However, there was a mildew smell present. The service was fairly friendly, although the night manager only allowed me to use the employee bathroom. The location was convenient, just off I-81, but a bit pricier compared to other options in Syracuse or Cortland. The dining experience was good, being close to the highway and offering a slightly above standard continental breakfast. Overall, it was a decent stay with some minor drawbacks.
